This is a fantastic book. Jack Miller was a creative real estate genius. I was fortunate enough to take some of Jack's courses. He seemed to have an ability to convey information in simple terms. I would highly recommend anything that is written by Jack Miller. Jackie Lange does a great job with the CashFlow Depot website too. I am so thankful that Jackie has taken the opportunity to promote Jack Miller and the creative real estate business.

No Nonesense!

I am the kind of person who doesn't give reviews based on Table Of Contents and reading few pages only. I read the entire book. It is solid and very practical. It dispels the "Myths" we believe about money and the emotions that goes with it and gives you suggestions on how to tackle given situations. Most of the concepts will NOT be new but I say that the book itself should be a required reading for anyone looking for information (a lot of them) on the nuts-and-bolts of facing one's fear in conjunction to real estate investing.
Jack Miller is no nonesense and speaks based on experience! Get it. Read it.
